At Alloy Atelier, we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be as fair as possible while also recognizing the time and preparation that goes into each class and workshop.
Multi-week Classes
Please kindly double-check your schedule before registering, as last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
Deposits are available for long-form classes
After a deposit, your balance is due 1 week before the start of class
Cancellations 2 weeks or more before class start: Refunds available
Cancellations at least 1 week before class start: Deposit non-refundable, balance available for refund
Cancellations within a week of class: Deposit non-refundable, balance non-refundable
Missed classes cannot be made up at this time, and no refunds or credits are given for absences — sorry for the inconvenience!
In the event of a documented illness or injury, a prorated class credit will be issued.
If a class does not meet minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel up to 2 days before the first session. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Single Day Workshops
We appreciate your timely communication if you're unable to attend a workshop.
Cancellations made via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or rebooking.
No refunds or rebookings are available after the workshop has taken place.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited without refund or credit.
If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment, we may cancel up to 2 days in advance. You will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
