Class & Workshop Policies
Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellations & Inclement Weather
Single Day Workshops
We appreciate your timely communication if you find you're unable to attend a previously scheduled workshop.
- Cancellations made at least 1 week before workshop: refunds or store credit available
- Cancellations made within a week of workshop: store credit available
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled workshop: no refunds
- No refunds or re-bookings are available after the workshop has taken place.
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited without refund or credit.
- If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment, we may cancel up to 48 hours in advance. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to re-book.
Inclement Weather Policy (Workshops)
If a workshop must be cancelled due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified at least 2 hours before the workshop begins and be given the option of receiving a refund or store credit for the amount paid.

Multi-week Classes
Please kindly double-check your schedule before registering, as last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
- Deposits are available for our long-form classes
- After a deposit, your balance is due 1 week before the start of class
- Cancellations 2 weeks or more before class start: Refunds available
- Cancellations at least 1 week before class start: Deposit non-refundable, balance available for refund
- Cancellations within a week of class: Deposit non-refundable, balance non-refundable
- Missed classes cannot be made up at this time, and no refunds or credits are given for absences — sorry for the inconvenience!
- In the event of a documented illness or injury, a prorated class credit will be issued.
- If a class does not meet minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel up to 2 days before the first session. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Inclement Weather Policy (multi-week classes)
If class must be cancelled due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified at least 2 hours before class begins.
For our multi-week classes, we will do our best to re-schedule hours lost, pending instructor availability (though please be aware that at this time we may not be able to accommodate based on the multi-use nature of our current space). If a full makeup class is offered, we will need at least 3 students to run the class and any students unable to attend will be offered a prorated refund or store credit.
