Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Single Day Workshops

We appreciate your timely communication if you find you're unable to attend a previously scheduled workshop.

  • Cancellations made via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or rebooking.
  • No refunds or rebookings are available after the workshop has taken place.
  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited without refund or credit.
  • If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment, we may cancel up to 2 days in advance. You will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

Multi-week Classes

Please kindly double-check your schedule before registering, as last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.

  • Deposits are available for long-form classes
  • After a deposit, your balance is due 1 week before the start of class
  • Cancellations 2 weeks or more before class start: Refunds available
  • Cancellations at least 1 week before class start: Deposit non-refundable, balance available for refund
  • Cancellations within a week of class: Deposit non-refundable, balance non-refundable
  • Missed classes cannot be made up at this time, and no refunds or credits are given for absences — sorry for the inconvenience!
  • In the event of a documented illness or injury, a prorated class credit will be issued.
  • If a class does not meet minimum enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel up to 2 days before the first session. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
