Learn the basics of metalworking in this 3 hour workshop and leave with a pair of stud earrings of your design. Students will use a traditional jewelers saw to cut or “pierce” a shape of their choosing and have the option to add hammer, file and stamp textures. Various jewelry tools and equipment will be introduced and students will learn skills like torch soldering and polishing. Base metals (copper, brass) are included in class price. Sterling silver add-on available for $40. Both options include sterling silver ear posts and backs. No experience required.
